Hi, I’m Ainatte (AKA Einat).

My goal is to help teams make design research (UX and UI) meaningful and actionable.

Fighting the good fight for data-informed human centerdness in digital products, I’m offering 2 main tracks that can be mixed and matched:

The research track is good for when your team:

• Wants to start talking to customers or potential users
• Struggles to connect research activities to decision-making
• Focuses on small, tactical questions
• Lacks clarity, despite having data - or just lacks data
• Reacts to whatever information comes through from sales or customer support

The UX/ideation track is good for when your team:

• Is missing a strong POV to lead the design
• Wants to try rapid prototyping before going all in
• Is ready to scale for growth and needs to implement best practices
• Finds out that the product is experiencing usability issues or a high churn rate

If you’ve reached this page, chances are you know me, or know someone who knows me. If you need a refresher, here's a brief introduction: I'm Ainatte Inbal, with over 20 years of experience in UX research, product ownership, UX strategy, product consulting, and interaction design. I've led teams, developed and implemented strategies, and successfully collaborated with high-profile design partners, resulting in substantial increases in user satisfaction and retention. Additionally, I've taught in various design academies and given a talk on Atomic Research (in Hebrew).
